Groundhog Day brings hope that we may not be long for the winter.

Well, it's been that sort of winter.

Punxsutawney Phil's Groundhog Day forecast is now in the books.

"There is no shadow to be cast. An early spring is my forecast," according to his official scroll, that also referenced hover boards and drones, read just after 7:20 a.m. at Gobblers Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania.

Since he is the seer of seekers and the prognosticator of prognosticators, he'll be right at least on Tuesday, which is expected to be sunny with a high of 46.
