We’ve all done it. Some great problem or question is at hand and we have an answer or an idea, but we don’t say a word, because we’re afraid we’ll look foolish to others. Then someone else delivers our answer or solution and it’s accepted and praised, and we’re kicking ourselves for not speaking up, but most of all for doubting ourselves so much. Most of us know more than we think we do – we just don’t know that we know it. Throw your ideas out there, especially those that suddenly just come to you from out of nowhere on a high, clear note. Those are the ones that are inspired.
