When we were children, we were often convinced that our parents knew everything and could handle anything. Only as we grew into adults and experience not having all the answers, do we realize that our parents probably didn’t either. It is the same with everyone who goes before us. Even spiritual teachers get lost and confused sometimes. It doesn’t mean they are fools, it just means they’re still growing. If you’ve been doubting your wisdom because you’re not yet perfect, I’m betting you’re not as lost as you think you are.
